The all-new T-Trak modular N scale (1:160) layout construction series continues with Host David Popp demonstrating how to add trackwork to the assembled laser-cut micro-plywood frame. In this episode, David covers Kato Unitrack basics; how add track to a “double module”, including turnouts; and install track feeder wires.

  1. David, great video once again.
Your comment that the blue wire is set as the convnetion to be the outside track in KATO Unitrack had me surprised. It does not matter which wire is “outside” track as long as you keep it consistent, right? Set me right please!
May I ask why you use priers to pull out the uni-joiners vs using the KATO uni-joiner removal tool? I find it works very well.
Looking forward to more of these as T-Trak modular sections has me interested in trying one, maybe with my local group here in Canada.
