One coach derailed on Providence/Stoughton Line train No. 851, a 3:20 p.m. departure from South Station, contract operator Keolis Commuter Services said. A Keolis representative told WBZ-TV that about 350 people were on board; crews escorted passengers off the train and back to South Station.
