  1. I love the way you do the scratch buildiing projects. Never thought of these techniques. Scratch building is the best way to get detail into the layout when your running out of room. DB

  2. I hear you about the cost of structure kits! I’m building in On30. So, there are so few O scale kits that are less than $100.00. Even though my layout plan is pretty small, at $100.00 to $200.00 per kit. I’d be looking at $1-$2,000.00 for structures for my layout. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! So scratch building will have to be my course of action.
