Clifton Linton and Steven Cox teamed up to design and build an N scale layout featuring the Belt Line railroads around Chicago, including the Baltimore & Ohio Chicago Terminal and the Belt Railway Co. of Chicago. Their plan was featured in the November 2012 issue of Model Railroader, and is the subject for this video tour.
