These LGB Santa Fe F7 locomotives are nice looking and good runners, too. The powered A unit (no. 21576) has many separately applied details and cab doors that can be opened. Both trucks are driven by Bühler motors with ball bearings and the wheels have traction tires. The locomotive has a built-in mfx/DCC decoder with many light and sound functions including multiple horns and a Mars light. It also has a plug connection on the rear to power the speaker in the adjoining B unit (no. 21586). Length over the couplers for each unit is 24″. The body is partially chrome-plated to model the original locomotive’s stainless steel.
