It’s 2021 in review as Bob and Hal look back at the big toy train news and products from The past 12 months, including the breakup (mostly) and sale of pieces of MTH Trains and how it has been a net gain for the company and the hobby. They also discuss structure and rolling stock releases, including Menards Santa Fe F3. Plus there’s a look at Lionel’s new Genset locomotive, too!

  1. You said that MTH reorganizing was a good thing. I totally disagree. We HO scale customers have been left in the dark. There is no place to get service for repairs and parts. I have talked to an MTH authorized service center here in Wisconsin and they tell me the same thing. I have a HO B-Unit diesel locomotive waiting for parts for almost a year. I also have a MTH GS-4 4-8-4 steam locomotive that doesn’t move and nobody to repair it. I am sorry that I ever bought a MTH product. Shame on Mike Wolff.
