  1. Hi David, good video as this is the first I'm reviewing through MRVP archives of pouring water in prep for a few of my creek beds. I'm trying to make them look as realistic as possible using natural materials from my local creek. I've poured a few small puddles along my ROW for stagnant water with a heavier moss covering and a medium green and was pleased with the results, but simulating running water will be a little different. Any suggestions for tinting the water to give it that very pale green that has just a hint of moss?

  2. if you see the crossings you know what is around the corner Bay Junction Layout itself this was taken a week before Andy installed the signals.

  3. good to see Turtle Creek Canyon in the days when Winter Hill and Bay Junction Layout were just being built nice job on the water David.

  4. Seeing work done on the project really helps since I only can work on my layout 1 to 2 month's a year. It's like refresher courses! Great to be able to go back a look at videos over again at later dates. Keep up the great work!

  5. Where's the finished effects?? Would have liked to see it after it hardened. I'm just starting my river which runs into the ocean. Looks good so far, I'm excited. Nice job describing how it's done but you din't finish it.
    Love these videos!

  6. excellent video. Production was smooth and polished. The finished product with white tops would be perfect. I was thinking that when it was over, what happend to the rest? Reading the previous comments leads me to believe that everyone else had the same thought. Would you guys be able to add on the finished water? That would make it perfect.

  7. Your probably tired of hearing this but, like everyone else, I think you should have included views of the finished project. I was rather suprised you didn't. Showing the trail at the end was nice it gave me some ideas.

  8. If you want to see what the water looks like when dry, click on the link under related articles. At the end of the episode you'll see the finished water.
    Thanks for watching.
